Secura Software License Agreement

1. License Grant

Secura grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software for personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with this License.

2. Ownership

The software, including all code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Secura and is protected by intellectual property laws. This License does not grant you ownership of the software.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Sell, sublicense, or redistribute the software
• Remove or alter copyright or license notices

4. Updates & Availability

Secura may provide updates, patches, or new features at its discretion. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with all devices or operating systems.

5. Termination

This License is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you violate any terms of this License, at which point you must stop using and uninstall the software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secura shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the software.

8. Governing Law

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
